Returns & Exchanges
At Cutters Sports, our return policy is liberal, generous and tolerant, but it does have its limits! We want you to love our sports apparel/gear, but sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit. Whether you want it tighter, looser, or just different, here's our return + exchange policy so you can be happier than ever in our gloves/accessories.
You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery of your item. Products marked FINAL SALE are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Please allow up to 30 business days for your exchange to be processed. If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us at cs@cutterssports.com or 1-800-2333-6956, prior to sending these items back.
New and unused merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping and handling.
⚠️ Important: Please do not combine returns in one package. Each return label is uniquely linked to a specific item, and only the item associated with that label will be processed. Combining items may result in delays or unprocessed returns.
If you wish to return or exchange your order for a different size, color or style, please reference the following processes and steps:
Returns Process
- Visit our Return Portal to process your return
- Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of shipment, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice.
- Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
- All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Only items that have been purchased directly from CuttersSports.com can be returned to us. (no third party retailer returns).
- Certain products that are marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Exchange Process
Make an exchange for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item(s), via our Return Portal.
Follow the instructions provided, which will allow you to print your free return label and/or select your new item(s).
**Please note: when making an exchange, select "Return this item" to begin the exchange process. At that point, you can browse our online shop to select the new item you wish to exchange your current item for.
Package the unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item(s), and bring the package to any authorized shipping location. Once received at our warehouse, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your refund. The time it will take for the refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card varies.

BUY WITH PRIME (BWP) ORDERS
For products purchased using Amazon Buy With Prime on cutterssports.com:
- Returns are processed through Amazon’s return experience. Please follow the return instructions provided in your Buy With Prime order details and/or confirmation.
- You may be directed to print a return label and track your return through Amazon’s Buy With Prime return flow.
- Refunds for Buy With Prime returns are issued through Amazon based on the return status and eligibility shown in your Buy With Prime order details.
- If you have questions about a Buy With Prime return (eligibility, status, label, timing), please reference the Buy With Prime return instructions associated with your order.
AMAZON MULTI-CHANNEL FULFILLMENT (MCF) ORDERS
For orders fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) (but not purchased using Buy With Prime):
- Cutters Sports manages the return and refund because the order was placed on cutterssports.com.
- To start a return, please follow our standard return instructions outlined on this page (including any return portal or return request process).
- Once received, returned items are inspected and refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with this Returns & Exchanges policy.
- Return shipping fees (if applicable) are determined by the terms of this policy (e.g., non-defective returns).
IMPORTANT NOTES
- If your order includes items fulfilled by different locations (Cutters fulfillment and/or Amazon fulfillment), items may ship separately and may have different return instructions.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of fulfillment method.
- All returns are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Returns & Exchanges policy.
