Please note the following:
1. We will only accept shipments to a valid street address.
2. Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses are delivered via FedEx Ground Economy, which utilizes USPS for final-mile delivery. Because USPS completes the final leg, expedited shipping options are not available for P.O. Box shipments. Transit times may be longer than standard FedEx Ground deliveries.
3. Ground shipping is not available for deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska. Orders shipping to Hawaii & Alaska via Two-Day or One-Day Shipping may need one additional day for delivery.
4. Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via FedEx Ground Economy and are transferred to the U.S. Postal Service for military mail delivery. Expedited shipping options are not available, and delivery may take up to 45 days depending on destination and military mail processing.

If you wish to return or exchange your order for a different size, color or style, please reference the following processes and steps:
1. Visit our Return Portal to process your return
2. Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of shipment, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice.
3. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
4. All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Only items that have been purchased directly from ShockDoctor.com can be returned to us. (no third party retailer returns).
5. Certain products that are marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Once processed, shipping times depend on the method selected: FedEx Ground Economy (4–8 business days), FedEx 2-Day Air (2 business days, ships same day if placed by 12 PM PST), or FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day, ships same day if placed by 12 PM PST). Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, and orders ship from Fountain Valley, California.
